# How to use this roadmap with Claude Code

1. Create repo. Copy `00_MASTER.md` to `CLAUDE.md` in repo root. Copy `STATUS.md` and the `P*.md` files into `/docs/roadmap/`.
2. Start session and paste:
   "Read CLAUDE.md and docs/roadmap/STATUS.md. Then execute docs/roadmap/P1_foundation.md only. Follow the working protocol. Ask me nothing unless blocked; state assumptions."
3. When the phase report arrives, test it, commit, then start a NEW session for the next phase with the same prompt, changing the file name.
4. If a session dies midway: new session, "Read CLAUDE.md and STATUS.md handoff note, continue Pn from the exact next step."
5. If a phase is too big: tell Claude to split it by numbered items (e.g. "P2 items 1–5 only"), and have it record the split in STATUS.md.
